£3.60 for orders under £20
£5.40 for orders £20 – £35
£7.20 for orders over £35

Your package will be in a plain cardboard box with no identifying marks. The label will not reference in any way what is inside the package, or the nature of your purchase.

Usually your order will be processed the day after you order. It will be dispatched before noon and should be with you the following day.

As with most deliveries, if you are not home at the time our courier arrives then the courier will either leave the package somewhere safe, with a neighbour, or leave a note and take it to your local post office. At all times your order will be packaged discreetly and will not draw any more attention than a normal package.

You can update your shipping information in your account section. Please note that all orders are sent out the day after the order is placed, so to ensure that your package arrives at the right destination you should update your address right away. To make sure that this change is sent to our couriers it would also be advisable to inform us via email so we can check if your order has been dispatched.

If you need to make any changes to your order then you need to contact us straight away. All orders are processed and sent to our couriers the day after the order is placed. We will try our best to update your order before it is shipped, but this may not always be possible and regret and inconvenience it may cause you. If you want to cancel your order you will need to contact us. We can then attempt to stop delivery and process a refund. In cases where the order is currently awaiting dispatch we will require the item returned before any refund is made.

If your item is unused and unopened it can be returned for the product value. Any used or opened items will not be accepted. All items must be returned within 14 days from the the date of delivery. Refunds after this period will not be accepted. If you are not sure if your item qualifies for return please get in touch and we will do our best to help. Any used items returned to us will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.

If you have opened an item and found it to be defective, or is not what you purchased then please get in touch and we will resolve the issue with you. We will need pictures or video to verify the defect or incorrect item. We will send replacements in this situation.

If you opened the item but it is defective or if it is not the item you purchased please contact our customer service department so we can resolve the issue for you. We will need to see pictures to verify if it is a defect or the incorrect item. Once pictures verify it is a defect or the wrong item we will send a replacement at our expense. We do not need the incorrect/defective item(s) back.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery for us to replace a defective/incorrect item. After 30 days we will not replace nor refund defective/incorrect items. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the order, and shipping costs are non refundable.

On receipt of your order the website will automatically email you an invoice and copy of your order. You can also login to the website at any time and view your order details and invoices.

You can pay by credit / debit card and PayPal.

The website is encypted using SSL to secure your data. We do not allow third part access to your data and do not store any of your card details.

When placing an order we record your name, contact details and address for the purpose of delivering the products to you. While checking out an account is made for you so you can make repeat orders should you want to purchase anything else from us. You can have this account removed at any time by contacting us.
